Nice to deal with initially. Once you start renting with them communication becomes very poor. Their processes to follow up issues for water bills etc sending them to property renter is extremely poor having to chase them for the bill when Harcourt's should be sending them is not ideal do not recommend using Harcourts Pukekohe.
