Our nanny’s experience speaks for itself, she is so calm and really knows babies. Her advice is so helpful without being overbearing as I had found with some other experts I had spoken too. I was hesitant to have a night nanny for a long time but I was a bit unwell and my son had been falling out of our normal routine. We had had a month of sleep regression behaviour, when he had been sleeping really well before. He was refusing the cot, only sleeping for 40 mins at a time and being fussy with the bottle. My son who was 18weeks immediately warmed to her. After just a few hours she suggested some small tweaks to our daily and nightly routine that changed everything. He was suddenly back in the cot with 3 night feeds and sleeping so well during the day. By the end of just a week our nanny had dropped a feed at night, I hope to keep on the same track without her. The thing I loved most about our nanny was her soft approach, we only had to make small changes a little at a time to see really great results. She also gave me so much advice for the future too as we start weaning. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to having her in our home for support if we are lucky enough to have another child.
Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny also through your agency took time off for a family emergency. Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.
Our nanny joined us as a night nanny for three weeks after our little boy was born. As this was our third child we were keen to ensure we weren’t too tired during the first few weeks of his arrival so we could spend some quality time with our young daughters during the day. As soon as she walked through the door, we knew our little boy would be in safe hands. Her warm smile and her polite and professional nature immediately put us at ease. Throughout our time together she offered useful advice from the best swaddles to feeding with a bottle, which are very grateful for. I wish we had known our nanny for when our daughters arrived and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a night nanny.
Our night nanny arrived into our lives on the first day our daughter came home and from the moment she walked in the door her professionalism, experience and warm nature shone through. Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and any family would be lucky to have her help. She became part of our family and we are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with her. As a first time mum, she has given my wife the guidance and therefore confidence to look after our new baby. She did this with such kindness and it’s hard to describe how much this has meant for our family.
Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx
When our daughter was born we had a difficult first few weeks with us both in and out of hospital but from the moment our night nanny walked through our front door she was a presence of calm and comfort. We were so excited for her arrival each time, she was like an angel walking through the door especially after several hours of colic! She quickly became part of the family and apart from helping us finally get some sleep, she also shared her knowledge on everything from boosting milk supply, preventing nappy rash to getting our daughter to settle. She helped us get the much needed rest and confidence to be the parents we wanted to be, and we will be forever grateful
We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.
Our Supernanny was absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend her. She is very calm, gentle and kind and clearly highly experienced with babies. She came to us for four days to help us establish a better routine for our 4 month old who would only take 25 minute naps and woke hourly all night long. She had lots of great advice and ideas about how to improve this and implemented a new routine which is working really well for us. Our baby is now napping for up to an hour at a time and going much longer stretches at night and it is continuing to improve day by day as we follow the new routine.
The sleep trainer we found through Night Nannies was so wonderful with my 10 month old son. He wasn’t settling well for his naps and at bedtime he would always cry and protest, he used to wake up a few times a night and too early in the morning. He was always very tired during the day and I didn’t know how to help him with his sleep. I had worked with a sleep trainer before but could not improve his sleep and sleeping habits. The sleep trainer knows what she’s doing. She’s calm, very professional, loving, and knows so much about babies and their sleep. She came in for five nights and managed to teach him how to fall asleep peacefully and to stay asleep for a full night. For two weeks after the training she continued to help us over messages, guiding us and giving us strength and advice when we needed. She’s truly wonderful, we are so grateful to have worked with her. I would highly and happily recommend her.
We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it. She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding. I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.
