Friday 7th Feb 5pmnBest ice creams in town!nI was very impressed with the all male crew tonight. One man was taking orders, he was very polite and friendly and kept thinks moving quickly, while the others were making ice creams and drinks. The man who made the ice creams thoroughly scrubbed his hands before he started which is so nice to see when they come from another area in the shop.nHighly recommended for a treat after work or school.nWARNING These ice creams in waffle cones are very addictive
Friday 29th march 11:10pmnA male staff was so rude and disrespectful, there was a line of customers waiting when my partner went up to check out the staff member was looking down at him, my card declined and he decided to laugh at my partner he left the store for not even 2 minutes came back and the card declined again as he was rushing and put the wrong pin in cause he didn’t want to deal with the worker when the card declined once again she worker decided to mock my partner who was obviously embarrassed and slightly annoyed to this man who is laughing at him and being rude he tried again which finally accepted and left trying not to lash out at this man who was being blatantly disrespectful and this night wasn’t even the first it has happened more than once as we go there nearly every night after work.nnVery disappointed in how he has acted on more than one occasion
Went in tonight for a thick shake, was told they couldn't do thick shakes, only milkshakes. This store seems to always have problems with their ice cream machine. So anyway I said yes to the milk shake. Was still charged $7.50 for the milk shake product on the till said thick shake.nThe guy literally poured milk into a cup and chucked flavoring in. Nothing else was done. Sooooo pissed off. What a rip.
Went there for an ice cream but most of them didn't have a label saying what flavor it wasnStaff didn't know either!nI left with no ice-cream LABEL YOUR ICE-CREAM
2am Saturday two drunk rude lady's were cursing and yelling at the older Night and Day staff member lady. She handled herself professionally and calmly. Se is a paragon of customer service anytime I come in. The best staff member I have ever seen.
