Pretty disgusted. Waiting at the counter to be served was an online order being put ahead of being served at the counter. I returned the drink to the fridge & voted with my feet only to be pursued by the male behind the counter who thought I was interested in hearing his apology. He insisted that I not ignore him. Funny request after his ignorance toward my standing at the counter waiting to be served. He then carried on out to the car & held onto my door so I couldn't close it after I had asked him to move out of the way so I could leave without running him over. I will spend my money elsewhere. BP connect tonight to be precise. Learn some customer service skills mate & some people skills to boot.

Fully stocked even on a SundaynMy experience: my wife ordered a chocolate deluxe shake and the lad serving her barely paid attention. He then produced an ice chocolate to which my wife informed him that it's not what she ordered. He then proceeded to tell her that she ordered what he gave her... So my wife reluctantly insisted he make what she ordered. After making what she ordered, my wife apologized for the misunderstanding and inconvenience to which he didn't even acknowledge. We wanted late night icecream in cones, my mate thought no one would do them but I knew this store was open to 11pm and had around 20 flavours to choose from. The staff were super friendly and there were a few of them in the store for late night which was really nice to see. They were the BIGGEST ice creams we ever had!. Best customer service and value in town. Thanks guys!! We’ll be back!
