Pretty disgusted. Waiting at the counter to be served was an online order being put ahead of being served at the counter. I returned the drink to the fridge & voted with my feet only to be pursued by the male behind the counter who thought I was interested in hearing his apology. He insisted that I not ignore him. Funny request after his ignorance toward my standing at the counter waiting to be served. He then carried on out to the car & held onto my door so I couldn't close it after I had asked him to move out of the way so I could leave without running him over. I will spend my money elsewhere. BP connect tonight to be precise. Learn some customer service skills mate & some people skills to boot.
like every time i come in there’s the same two girls working here one is a ginger, and the other has long brown curly hair and they’re both so lovely and give AMAZING customer service.
Went in there today to get a thick shake only to be told sorry we haven't cleaned the machine so couldn't have one of them asked for a fruit smoothie once again I was told oh no we don't have any fruit ice cream I can honestly say I have got a milk Shake here before and it was delish but honestly if you can't get your shit together and say ya can make them because machine is not clean well I sure u will loose customers also another customer walked out the door shitty to
