Horrible service!! Rude attendant who treated my partner and i like we were idiots. Cold food. And to make matters worse when you pre-pay fuel and you don’t spend the a lot of amount your refund is given to you in cash - allowing the store to COLLECT additional cents from customers!!
Please learn the difference between an iced latte and a frappe or at least discuss it between your staff, I’d ask for a iced latte, some times I’m given an ice latte and others I’m given a frappe. Even just a simple google search on a “iced latte” would help you.
Feel sorry for staff. Seems rugged and dirty esp the toilets. The cheap danish was a good treat though.
The girls at the counter were rude,when asking something about the toilet, need more training for customer service....
Recently I placed an order and had an incident involving undercooked chicken. But the team reached out to me and within days resolved the issue and offered me a gift card as an apology with an explanation on what exactly went wrong. Honestly blown away with how responsive and professional this was handled. Great work guys!
