Normally the service and quality is better, but tonight when I approached the counter all they said was “is that all” in a cold tone without even looking at me before I could even order my milkshake. The milkshake itself is hands-down the worst milkshake I’ve ever had, it isn’t mixed at all, it’s chunky, and it has no flavour. They normally take a few minutes to make, and this one was clearly rushed. The girl put down my milkshake and left from behind the counter before I could say anything to her.
They make some great milkshakes here! I had the Mt. Cookies and Cream and it was delicious! They even put real pieces of chocolate in the shake. I would definitely recommend.
Don't not recommend. Bought some hot food was completely cold/dri was so appalling had to throw it out. Waste of money! Very disappointed.
I am highly disgusted with the service received this morning - 0 out of 5 stars. My family and I went to buy some food this morning and we were served by a young lady by the name Taylor who was extremely rude. We wanted to order an energy shake and not being sure how it works or how to order it, Taylor just gave a blank stare as if we were asking the stupidest question. After that we moved to the food counter to see what they had so we could place an order. Taylor rudely told us not to stand there and rather order what we wanted at the till as aparently we were blocking the queue there was one person. Note that there are no notices for customers to explain how the ordering process works, also the food counter is right next to the tills. How should you know what to order if you can't show the cashier what you want. Jude was amazing and I raised my complaint with her and she promised to speak to the manager on my behalf to make sure that Taylor gets customer service training and for a board or notice to explain the ordering process.
Chips were dry, prices have gone up way too much, the hot dogs are just bad.
