Customer service is horrible.nWent in, got my items, and waited at the counter to be served. The guy is cleaning the hot food area which is totally fine, but no acknowledgement I’m waiting. Then what happened is the same thing that’s happened the last three times I’ve been there with different people too.nWalks over and starts scanning my items. Doesn’t even acknowledge I exist. No greeting, no eye contact, and no words spoken at all. He said thank you to my friend when he served her after I spoke loudly to her asking if she was greeted.nLike I’m not expecting much but acknowledgement that I am a human standing there would be great. To this guy, if you hate your job so much, don’t work there.
I swear every time I have come here the service is garbage.nnI usually come here to pick up a super thickshake and usually I get passed the terrible service and sometimes rude reactions from staff because they actually have to prep food/make beverages because the shakes are actually pretty good when done right but today I went in and first they made my order wrong as it was one of their deluxe shakes and then the second thing they prepared I ended up taking home wasn’t even the cookies and cream super thickshake I ordered but something I don’t even know what flavour it was, it tasted like chocolate and raspberry but it wasn’t horrible tasting.nnStill bad practice though imagine if I was allergic to anything from their concoction of syrups that wasn’t the cookies and creamnnAlso saw after I had already received the shakes the next two customers wanted some too and had to ask staff what shakes they actually knew how to make as it seems since your standard shakes are not taught to staff as I found out after I got home. I hope they actually ended up with what they ordered
Got my Uber eats order wrong man
Ordered through Uber eats and already instructed to add specific ingredients but no they don't follow the simple rules. First and last time ordered.
