I like this store.nnI work night shift so it's great to be able to pop out 3am and get something like a cold drink, or biscuits, or some crisps.nnUnfortunately often at that time there's not a lot of hot food left, but I mainly go for one thing and it's their chocolate mousse. It's is so rich and morish and decadent. It could be sold in any Michelin restaurant. I only take a few bites and then leave some for later. It is so rich and satisfying.nnTonight I had a vegetarian samosa and it was also really good. Nicely filled and just the slightest bite in the spice.nnI've had a doughnut before, and it was also really good.nnThe Indin lady at the counter was very friendly, even when they guy in front of me kept taking items away and adding items because his card kept rejecting.
I placed an order for two lots of chicken and chips for $16.50, plus tomato sauce for an extra $2.nUnfortunately, I only received two pieces of chicken and nothing else from the order — there were no chips or sauce included. The chicken I did receive was also still raw inside, which is very concerning from a food safety perspective.nnI also want to mention that I regularly have to write in the order notes to please include the sauces because they are often missed, and even when I leave a note, the sauces are still sometimes not included. This seems to be an ongoing issue.
I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and I frequently pick up orders from this store, especially at night. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience that I feel needs to be addressed.nnDuring one pickup, I carefully checked the items before leaving, as I always do. I noticed one item was missing and informed the staff. However, the staff member insisted that everything was included and did not recheck the order.nnWhen I went to deliver the customer found out that there were missing an item and got angry at me which negatively affected me as a driver.nnWhen I returned to the store later to pick up another order, I explained the situation, instead of taking responsibility, the staff member reacted negatively.nnSince then, I have noticed unfair treatment, including what seems like repeated negative ratings toward me as a driver.nnAs delivery drivers, we rely on staff to ensure orders are correct.nnMistakes can happen, but refusing to check and then blaming drivers is not acceptable.nnI hope management addresses this issue and improves accountability and communication with drivers.
Bought a premium shake , iced chocolate, Criss x and Sour cream chips and just regular chips both chips were horrible they tasted more like potato crisps then hot chips as they were both stale as hell and tasted like they’d been sitting for a day or two , drinks were amazing
Annoying that you can't simply fill a gas bottle to do your lawns you must specify an exact amount which in today's climbing fuel prices can be tricky, the lady who served me told me I must move to an entirely different pump to do this....nOf course the said pump had a que.nNot user friendly, rude staff member.nNot recommending.
