I had a very bad experience at this location. My boyfriend and I ordered an ice cream, and the staff member was extremely rude in her attitude and facial expressions. When I placed the order, I asked for the first flavor, and before I could ask for the second one, she added two scoops of the same flavor without waiting or asking whether I wanted the same flavor or a different one. She then made an unpleasant facial expression and continued to be rude throughout the interaction.nWe often buy this ice cream in other cities and are always very well treated. Today, when choosing where to buy, we picked this place because we usually love the service, the price, and the ice cream itself. Unfortunately, today it was a terrible experience and very poor customer service.
I'm just going to do a review on the bacon egg pie it was very yummy . It had cheese in it . And I got a milkshake for $5 because it is a promotion.
„Nothing from the kitchen after 9:30“.nWhat type of service is that when you‘re open until 10pm. Seems to me like staff wants to close up asap and doesn‘t care about the customers. Ended up not ordering.
I had the best veggie burger from Night 'n Day Cromwell! It was absolutely mind-blowing how filling it is, packed with a million ingredients, all for an amazing price. The day staff are incredibly nice and always have a smile on their faces.nThis is my experience at the times I frequent, which is midday.nThe loaded wedges are to die for!nnTheir sweet options are amazing, even better than New World's bakery! I went two days in a row for my veggie burger, which is made of chop suey – something I've never tried before. For fast food, I have to say I was truly impressed.nBurger two days in a row!nnThank youuuuuu!
We don’t get many of these places back home in Australia anymore, so it’s really great to see the small convenience stores still thriving here in NZ!nnThey’ve got a great selection of pretty much everything here that you need to either top up things at home or if you’re travelling like us and forgot a few things!nnHot tip - hit up the ice cream bar on a sunny day in Cromwell!nnStaff here are super friendly and quickly serve people even when it’s flat out. A few tables out front make it a nice place to stop and relax a bit.
