Story

Hi, I'm Nicole from Nicole's Nutrition Kitchen. Some of you know me from Elocin Specialty Foods where I whipped up fabulous gluten free foods. After 13 years of Elocin I decided to expand on that and broaden the scope to all foods and nutrition, but still with a strength for gluten free and allergy friendly foods.
With that in mind I completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition through Massey University. I am also a member of the Nutrition Society of New Zealand and the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.
Now it is time to start to teach YOU how to cook/prepare the simplest, tastiest, most nutritious food you can.
If we eat well we should be well, but that isn't easy in this day and age with so much confusion about what food is healthy and what isn't, and then for some there is the added challenge of food allergy or intolerance. And that is where I can really be of help. I have been living with food allergies and intolerance's for over 30 years so I understand those difficulties and have a few tricks up my sleeve for coping.
I hope that you will join me to find the healthy choices for you. We are each very different in what we need (and like) to make us happy and healthy and finding that out is part of the fantastic journey called life. Let's hit the road and find out what is out there to enjoy!
