I'd been struggling with my sleep for over 18 months and just feeling rubbish. It was having a flow on effect with my health suffering. I was feeling lethargic gaining weight and my blood sugars were dipping in and out of the pre-diabetic range. I'd tried a plethora of supplements with no major effect and wasn't prepared to accept that it was a result of being middle-aged! I saw Nicola 2 weeks ago and am now sleeping like a baby :. With more restorative sleep I'm far more productive at work and back out walking again and the weight is starting to shift. I'd highly recommend Nicola to anyone wanting to take an integrated approach to their health.
