First timer looking for a reputable Property Manager end up with a nightmare. I am the OWNER of the property with all legal rights to do so and willing to pay 11% to a Property Manager to take care of my property in ChCh end up with prejudiced and biased by Miranda Hearn PM and it's Bayles Company boss. I can't afford to waste my time to a shallow closed minded company and arrogant Staff. They think they're not replaceable.  I highly NOT to recommend them. Be careful who you hire.

don’t choose bayleys if you are a tenant. our agent is super rude and takes weeks to respond to our emails and phone calls. only when we took the issue higher up did we get a response. it doesn’t take much to be polite and bayleys is doing the bare minimum.

Don’t rent with Bayleys, we got given a date for an open home and they decided to come a day early and just let themselves and 30 other people into our house when most of us weren’t home, these people walked in on my flatmate in the shower and unlocked our house and rooms without permission. We’ve had a broken shower with no hot water for a week and haven’t heard back about getting it fixed. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and don’t rent with bayleys.

Anna Hawker, working alongside Lisa Iliffe have been so helpful during our search for and renting of our properties. Their insight and understanding of all the processes involved have been invaluable.  They care for our tenants too and ensure both parties are being supported. Highly recommend their services

I was a tenant at a property managed by Bayleys and appreciated how quickly they responded to any query or issue. We never had any problems during our tenancy and enjoyed staying in such a well looked-after home.

Unfortunately, these guys have no care for the planet or homeowners' "no junk" mail signs. Disguising their boring advertising letters on how elated they are to sell an overpriced home in our area. Stop wasting paper! Stop disguising your advertising by addressing it to the "homeowner" or to "the residents". You should be ashamed.

As a first time renter, it was a great to have the Bayleys' team able to respond to any queries that my group had. They were clear and appreciative of the house we maintained and I would recommend to others!

No matter what industry in your in being "good" at your job isn't always enough. Authenticity and a genuine care for the client/customer matters too. I found the staff really rude,  Would not recommend.
