Simply Awesome...very straightforward Nicholas is a great real estate who works really hard for his clients for the best outcome. We felt really comfortable when we met him for the first time He is very sincere and gave us a realistic appraisal. We have chosen Nicholas and his team for the communication, great knowledge of the local market and the excellent sales record. Nicholas knows his vendors, but equally knows the buyers too. This resulted in an early offer even before the first open home which was at the higher end of the appraisal and we sold our house the day before first open home. This was fantastic since we were going overseas. Nicholas also got a great team- Genna and Vicki who did all the emails and paperwork. Team is reachable at anytime. Nicholas delivered in a tough market. Nicholas had our property on his books through a tough time, just before Christmas 2022, over the quiet Jan 2023 period then Feb when interest finally picked up.  Nicholas managed to somehow draw the best offers from potential purchasers to bring to us which resulted in a sale via a backup offer when the original offer fell over.  We are beyond pleased with the outcome achieved. Nicholas we felt worked for us rather than the buyers during the whole process.
