Amanda Page did a thorough and professional job with helping sell my home. From the beginning she was very helpful in every way being open, honest, straightforward and to the point of the processes involved, which are many. She visited many times to see how I was getting on with preparation for selling and gave constructive advice if required. Amanda helped with finding a mover at a really busy time and coordinated 2 separate moves of my furniture. She also had a very good eye for furnishing my 4 bedroom house and added some lovely cushions and beautiful pink and white lilies for my lounge. She also allowed me to have input into the description of the house. As Amanda is savvy and up with the play, I would say she is probably a cut above the rest regarding her abilities in digital marketing and social media and this enhanced a wider range of people to view my house. Success͏ three times out of three My wife and I have engaged Eden Thomson three times over the last 7 years or so, most recently with Kim Pausina as part of EK Group. The most recent sale was challenging given both the state of the market and that the building required remediation. The advice we were given in presenting the property was excellent. The companies recommended to assist with the marketing were cost effective and delivered excellent products. The marketing plan was comprehensive. Feedback during the whole process was always appropriate and timely. The price achieved met our expectations which my wife and I were very pleased with. I am shocked and disgusted at the conduct of this company, we were involved in an auction that we won to find out afterward that the auction was not conducted in a fair manor. When brought up with the agency the agent Steve Stone and auctioneer called to apologize, when I followed this up with an email stating I wanted something done about it they were quick to back track on this and came across very defensive and patronizing in their response I called the REA and explained our situation in detail who confirmed that the agency was in the wrong with this auction conduct and advised me to lodge a complaint with them and a claim with the disputes tribunal - I will be lodging these claims I can only imagine what else goes on in this agency having been through this experience with them ...

Trustworthy, very knowledgeable and responsive, extremely hardworking and pleasant to deal with Stephen had sold 2 of my properties previously. This time I decided to sell it off market instead. His team has an extensive client data bases and he basically went through the list painstakingly and managed to extract several potential buyers. The property was also advertised in the RW Parnell website free of charge. He was very honest and upfront about price expectation which I appreciated.
