I can’t believe it.. Today, I couldn’t see the inside of property even I had private appointment. I understand so rude mean..

I was renting an apartment managed by Nexus. It was all great during rental period. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I had no issues with almost brand new apartment. After I moved out they were not keen to respond to my inquiries about the bond, but I got it back fairly quickly.

Holding onto my bond money  over $5K. Refusing to answer texts and emails. Would not recommend using this business. They are under investigation for corrupt dealings as well. Beware.

Always receive prompt response from property manager!

Dont ever think in hire this real state to manage your property. They only take your money and tenants bond applying standard cleaning fees and making wear and tear become negligent to claim your bond to try to justice their mistakes.
