I love shopping here. So much so that, unless I need the game within a few days and Valkyrie doesn't have it in store, we actively choose to order games through Toby rather than through other online stores. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and they're also super patient with nosy kids.

Great service, friendly staff. Excellent selection of boardgames, minis, CCGs and extras like paints. Good for casual games players, kids, or mini-painters as well as anyone wanting to dive a little deeper. Highly recommend.
Great team, really good customer service and knowledge when it comes to board games, miniatures, and many other geeky things! Would definitely recommend checking out their events as they are a great way to meet like minded people in a welcoming environment!
Valkyrie is a very welcome store, as a novice who needed some assistance to find the right game for me the staff were awesome at taking me through options and assisting me to buy two great games. Would visit again and recommend.
