So lucky to have the facility available to use. Well maintained and hosts a club called Wellington united fc. Good team too! The track seems to be open to use and highly recommended a visit here if your a runner.
Fantastic athletic families and great football field, if you are on newtown 1. Newtown one is a beautifully trimmed field, but newtown two is often very swampy and wet due to lack of drainage.
A rainy day Newtown Park Farewell for basketball coach and kiwi legend Kenny McFadden. Arohanui.
Great place to fly kites as well as Dog walking on a lead.
We hired the room under the grandstand. We'll equipped kitchen, large room with pleasant outlook on to track. Good spot for larger meetings or a small function.
