Newmarket Station is nice enough in terms of facilities and layout, but it’s definitely one of the more confusing stations around the city. Multiple lines run on the same platform, and the signage doesn’t always make things clear. Almost every time I’m there, I see someone looking lost, or I end up second-guessing myself too. Could really use clearer indicators to help people figure out which train is which.
Such helpful staff here. South African fair man helped us with our ticket and train. Never been on a train before and we wanted to take the kids out. Thank you for your help. Definitely made our day stress free
One of the better stations on the Auckland Rail Network. Great location, next to the mall and New market CBD.
Clean and well organized station with kind staff members
Clean, handy, easy access to new market shopping areas, Remuera. With off street parking or paid parking facilities.
