Friendly staff and helpful. Left with what I needed but store felt a bit outdated with not a lot in it.
Quality products, knowledgeable staff, but rude over-priced service. It's the only store in town, so better to order online or go to Christchurch
No question that the staff are knowledgeable with most instruments. Expensive repairs and a small in-store range takes it down to a 3 star. Instruments can be ordered but be prepared for the wait.
Good service and honest opinion while seeking advice on the correct equipment for purchase
Was given quote to do minor repairs to guitar and when job completed was 15% dearer. Had "forgotten" to factor in amount of time to do repairs..No choice but to pay now work is done. Not good.
