The NZ post man did not knock on my door. He just assumed that there is no one at home so he write on his card for you to collect the next day and put it on your mailbox.My husband is working from home and waiting for my parcel and for someone to knock. You should knock first before writing sorry we missed you. What a waste of time going to your office the next day.
NZ Post service is quite disappointing! I am not going to waste anymore money to the national post service. This week I paid $48 for an overnight parcel delivery and the parcel arrived 4 working days later! My sender went to the post before 12pm to ensure we were still within the cut-off time.nnCalled the customer service over the phone today and I told her at least the staff at shop should set expectation to customers that there may be a delay for this month or whatever so customer can decide for a normal delivery timeframe or go somewhere else. She mentioned the staff at NZ post shop won't know if their delivery network right now is having a delay, she knows because she is at the call center and has been dealing with a few customer complaints like me recently. But after that she said they never guarantee for delivery time for the amount we paid for, so all is only estimation and 99.99% they deliver on time. I replied to her that it is impossible for 99.99% on time when she just explained to me she has been dealing with customer complaints like me recently. No compensation etc for my delayed parcel where I had to spend extra money to find alternative due to the delayed product. NZ post is misleading the customer, asking them to pay high price for a normal delivery service! Very disappointed.
Fix your opening hours! Door says 5.30 close, so does the website so why are you closed at 5:15?n4 of us waiting at the door after work and your door was locked! Atleast put something on your website!! Not good enough! Sort yourselves out.
We are german tourists and went there with our shopping gift bag with no high hopes. The very nice lady at the counter not only helped us filling out our declaration form but also bubblewrapped our glass-gifts for free, gaves us a parcel for free and even packed our stuff. She had a lot of patience with us. Thank u very much. We really appreciate it!
Waste of time. Went to post 60 A4 sized letters I needed $4.60 stamps and they told me no we don't have those we are a Courier post shop go to one of the other post shops. IT has NZ Post all over the walls!!! I can post a letter there but you can't get any other service that makes sense. Oh she said we will charge you $6 to send it. No thanks. Won't bother ever again.
