They cant read simple delivery instructions. 4 times they have delivered meat from Premium Game, with clear instructions on the box and at our gate to put under porch at back of house. Every time they leave in full sun, on a deck - not exactly good for meat. Also had it been raining the box would have got very wet.nEvery other courier company manages to deliver to the back porch.
Delivered Parcel to wrong address, wasn’t even in same town but to a town at other end of county & they not interested in locating & delivering to correct address. Suggested I locate myself very very bad customer service. Would give negative score but no option for that
Don’t use this company. It is owned by NZ post and offers the same terrible service. If you want your packages to arrive in one piece or even at all, look for an alternative.
Absolutely useless, the only courier company in Nelson that can't find my house. Then calls me 20 minutes before they close on a Friday to ask what colour my house is, so they can try again on Monday. My house is a whole number, up a right of way with 4 other houses in the middle of Nelson. They then proceeded to Google it, where is cleary marked after calling me. Just brain dead stuff.
Delivery always manages to get something wrong. Either a few weeks late, or they deliver it to the wrong people. Useless
