Good supermarket for our community. Can be a tad pricey at times but has different things to competitors supermarkets so is good to have the option between the 2 closeby. Fruit and vege section is always immaculately presented by the lovely dude who works in there almost wverytime I go, offering a smile even when he is busy. Good place.

Store was beautiful but when I was at the checkout I received the most awful customer service. My server i think was Alibue and I was there at 2:15pm. She was extremely rude to the lovely lady in front of me and and had extremely bad attitude when I was trying to redeem the Spiegelau Glasses. She was complaining that she “had to do this again” and that she didn’t understand why her supervisor told her to pop the sticker sheet in the till. Extremely disappointing and awful experience. Don’t think i’ll be back because of that lady

Nice small local new world with friendly staff. Bought a couple of slices from the bakery which were old and mouldy.
It was a lovely to go there to New World Shop and Went Shopping, and the till people were nice,
Terrible online service. I received moldy tomatoes, and some of the products were not delivered silently for some reason, although they were all available at the time of the order. This was the first and last time I used online shopping in this store.
stop letting people buy more than a pack of panadol or any other drug without a prescription people are overdosing
Supermarket great. Carparks too thin.
Don't really go to this supermarket, it is a fairly smaller model, but well laid out and well stocked. It's located in a medium size mall of the Whitby Shopping Center.
