My first experience with a New World store. It made me a believer. Place was immaculately clean. Selection was fantastic and prepared food was ample,Not just staples but stuff I would term a bit higher end. Really a great store.
Our go to for grocery shopping. Has everything we need. Plus very helpful friendly staff. Good Disability Parking. Great value for your $$$.
Online click and collect lockers are in horrible state. The intercom to speak to someone has not been active for as long as Ive been using the click and collect option. On multiple occassions the items have not been in the locker at the allocated time and when questioned about this, the staff could not give me a reason why. There have been missing items in orders as well. Horrible....not to mention the prices in the store Do better.
Pretty hard to recommend compared to others. Both me, and the customer next to me had issues with displayed price being a little deceptive of actual - staff had little interest to acknowledge. Either go elsewhere, or double check pricing at checkout.
Wow this place has really gone down hill since new owner took over! Cleanliness is very questionable, hate to see out the back, the floors are filthy, fruit and vegetables are not fresh. It used to be our local, we moved, but went back recently for our weekly shop. So disappointed. Won't be back!
Very good, butchery, deli, and excellent selection of fresh fruit and veg. Friendly helpful staff. Shelves well stocked. Clean and bright and wide isles.
Good variety, fresh produce, and lovely presentation and offerings in deli, seafood, and meat department. We use regularly.
Barn-style supermarket with very high roof line. Lots of the usual with larger take home prepared food section warm and cold and adequate wine selection. Easy parking, quick check out. Overall, ok rather than exceptional.
Absolutely beautiful cake from the wonderful bakers at New World Whangaparaoa. I will be ordering celebration cakes here in future … so pretty .. thank you so much
Very friendly welcome into the store. Lots of parking outside and a very tidy and well lit store. Great layout for ease of shopping. Lots of fantastic products. Love this store!!
