Very poor service by the mature lady at the self checkout. Small issue which could’ve been resolved by assisting to restart the checkout process on the system but she chose to argue with the customer and be unhelpful…
Rang New World Westport this afternoon to find out what could be done about the bread we purchased two days ago that has expired before the expiration date. I talked to Mel and all she said was, it was because of the weather and nothing could be done and then hung up. All I wanted was information on whether I could get compensation or not, I wasn’t worried either way but definitely wasn’t impressed on being hung up on.
The place is great but you won't find ANY makeup at all to buy there as they don't sell any makeup whatsoever
