A perfectly average supermarket, and that's fine. In general, the south hill branch is the better supermarket, but it is still a good option, definitely above countdown. Staff are great, store layout and selection can be hit of miss. Nice and clean though, worth if it you are already in the Northend, otherwise go to south hill
Had a fantastic experience here recently when I had a flat tire. Staff were very caring and attentive so thank you very much. Staff seem generally happy to be there and the supermarket has everything you could want.
Bought an up n go packet and found out that it was 6 days past it’s best before date. Not good enough.
You don't know a good shop until you walk in
the young man who served me was very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to help connect my shopping to my mum's new world card, and when he saw her name on the system he told me what a lovely person she was to talk to, made me feel great and mum was happy to hear it too
