Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy shop organised well and even under trying times the shelves were mostly full. Flower department looks great at moment. Lots of cool plants and pretty bouquets. Flower specials are always to be had
The shop is kept clean and tidy. The fruit and vegies are kept well stocked and fresh. Butchery meat looks fresh and well presented. Love the bakery and deli...who have made and decorated cakes for me for the last 4 - 5 years. I am disappointed that the decaffeinated Nescafe coffee 26 pack has been discontinued again when I have specifically asked for it .....when I do at least 90% of my shopping at New World Waipukurau. Have to go elsewhere for this now.

Despite being a clean and bigger store, it's not the best place to shop. It just doesn't make u feel welcome...
My 5 stars is for the Anita . Thank you so much for helping me yesterday with my ripped bag. As for Karla who was standing there watching not trying to help me. I've been in customer service for years and you come across rude everytime I go in. Everyone else is friendly and helpful.
Great selection. Helpful staff. Good prices. Nice fresh produce. Lots of stock. Wide variety.
Pretty snazzy for a small town supermarket.
I buy a cherry box yesterday at 12$ And about a dozen are moldy, and had gone off. Not happy.
