We’re visiting from Auckland and had a great experience shopping at New World Turangi! The store is well-organized, clean, and offers a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, and groceries. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s a convenient spot for locals and travelers alike, with plenty of parking and a great selection of products. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
Fabulous staff who must get very rushed off their feet at the height of summer Especially when every man and his dog slope on into this little town to enjoy their boating on the great lake and relax in their family baches in Kuratau.

Visted when passing through or on holiday nearby, always stocked, fresh, friendly staff, and this latest visit I was lucky enough to get the couple that own and run the store to go out of their way to provide me with an extra special request to make up and provide me with something slightly special. Huge thanks.
A decent supermarket in such a remote area. Very big, you can find anything you need in there. I wouldnt say its cheap cause its definitely not cheap but not hugely expensive. A lot of choices available. Alcohol choices is decent as well.
