I'd like to compliment the guys on the door for being so friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile, and as you leave they wish you a great day. They're lovely men. I enjoy shopping here because all the staff are so lovely and they remember who I am which is so nice.
I cant talk for prices, but for customer service, this is the best new world, security are so friendly and accommodating, one security ask if me and my partner wanted to put our can drinks in the fridge while we shopped, what a awesome dude, and the other staff are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work new world tokoroa!
Neat little shop! Could use a few more real staff cashiers. This is my personal preference. I dislike self service. Got everything i needed really quickly.
Centrally located with great selection of meats, baked goods and other goods. There wasn’t any packs of small water bottles though. My go to supermarket when passing thru and needing supplies
