Today, I came to buy some nuts but didn’t know I had to write down the product code. At checkout, the cashier and the customer behind me made fun of me the customer said she knew it wasn’t right but still wanted to laugh. I understood them, but I didn’t know how to respond since my English isn’t great.nI’ve always found the staff here polite and liked shopping at this supermarket, but today the cashier seemed impatient and unwilling to talk, which felt rude. I apologized before leaving, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. And the whole time, she didn’t greet me at all, but there were a lot of frowns. It’s not that she had to say ‘hi’ or anything, it just felt a bit rude, like I shouldn’t have been checking out there, and I should’ve gone to someone else instead.nSince the code on the label was different from the one on the shelf, I asked for help. Another female employee helped me, and she was very kind and polite, which made me feel a bit better. Thank you for that^

I recently used their online shopping service and found it wonderfully straight forward compared to other supermarkets in the area. App was simple. Delivery was flawless.nWill continue to use them now.nA+
Friendly staff. Wide aisles. Would like to be able to get all I want but this is not the case due to supply issues. Usually they have eggs. They are moving to paper bags instead of single use plastic for produce. They have an on site bakery for some of the baked goods. Fresh cooked chicken done on site. New easy to use trolleys. There is a Lotto counter if needed.
