Friendly staff who always say hello. Good service, reasonable prices, and some good specials. The staff definitely make the shop, always smiling and waving and cheerful
The staff are wonderful and lovely and very pleasant but should more checkout be open long queue wait. The items that I have on my list you don't have lots of items on the shelves. It's be nice like other New World are letting elderly people to use their Gold card to help them out because of the prices.
We had awful service today between 2.50pm and 3.00pm.nnTwo lady staffs offered us terrible customer service. They looked they haven't trained any customer service in Newworld, absoloutely not freindly and tossed our produts we bought not gently, talked to scan the club card properly 3 times with as like scolding. We don't want to be unpleasant in the future because of them. They looked like they had argued each other. Please do some action for us and the other customers.
Rude & arrogant staff members at the self check out today.nnI'm 35, a lady staff member judged me as jounger than 25 and required ID for alcohol drinks to buy. I didn't have it with me. No need. I have electronic passport in my phone in case. She refused. And finally they refused to sell me alcohol.nnVery ridiculous experience, I'm 35!!! Not looking like any 20's and have full right to buy as much alkohol I want even without an ID.nnWho you think you are New World to judge me this way? Are you even legally alowed to ask me for an ID? You are not a police, you have No authority. All for a simple beer to buy in my 35...nnShame on you. I'm not happy. You are not friendly customer service.
Lovely New World branch. There are customers toilet at the entrance. Super conveniently for peeps driving through/long drive.
