New World Silverstream is always a pleasure to shop at. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. The fresh produce and bakery sections are excellent, and checkout is always quick and efficient. A great local supermarket that really looks after its customers.
This is a great supermarket. It has personality, which the others in the area don't.nTheir fruit and veggies and meat are the best in Upper Hutt. The sandwiches, rolls and donuts in the deli cabinet are always fresh and tasty. The gelato in the foyer is great.nThe shop is always clean, shelves always well stocked with a wide range of products.nThe staff are very friendly and go the extra mile.nThis supermarket offers a great shopping experience.
Ok, again, now we don't have any seeded peanut butter only fix & fog, which im forced to buy as there is nothing else only smooth, crunchy or extra smooth in all other brands, where did the other brands of seeded peanut butter go, or is there no room on the shelf's for seeded, who ever buys the food in either does not care an goes for the basics, or clearly does not know how to cater for the community, again cater for all its ridiculous, is this a supermarket or a selective shop for the repeat customers, I am beginning to wonder, an the prices are creeping up compared to other new worlds whats going on with that, someones pockets are getting filled, be nice if you could buy what you go there for an not have to substitute, getting over it!
I can’t speak highly enough of New World Silverstream — the team there are truly amazing! Every time I visit, I’m met with friendly, welcoming staff and exceptional service. The shelves are always beautifully stocked, the displays are stunning, and the prices are really competitive too.nnThey recently supported a Pink Ribbon charity fundraiser I hosted by donating a generous food voucher, which meant so much. It really shows how invested they are in supporting the local community.nnThe other week, I was shopping with my young twins who were a little grizzly and the kindness I received absolutely made my day! Elizabeth, one of the team members, came over to say hello - she always remembers us and takes the time to ask about the kids, which is such a rare and thoughtful touch. Then, to my surprise, I was told the owner wanted to treat me to a hot chocolate — such a thoughtful gesture - he must have felt sorry for me with my grizzly children! As I was leaving another staff member even helped carry my groceries to the car when they saw my hands were full.nnIt’s these small, genuine acts of kindness that make such a big difference. Thank you to the whole team — you’re an absolute gem in our community!
Always clean and easy to navigate, very spacious. Car parking is great. The coffee Baristas are amazing, even though there are different staff peparing the coffee, it is consistent in producing a high standard quality brew. Well done Team!!
