A great supermarket. Always busy, tidy and clean with friendly staff. Busy Lotto counter. A wonderful selection of cut flowers and bouquets available from their in store florist at reasonable prices. The place does feel quite small but I find all New World supermarkets do. The prices are higher than Countdown though.
My favourite supermarket in Hamilton. Big range of products, friendly helpful staff and prices aren’t too bad. My only gripe is that sometimes products are double scanned by checkout workers. So check your receipts to make sure you haven’t been charged twice as It’s happened to me on several occasions. Other than that, Rototuna New World is a bustling little supermarket that is well stocked, staffed and has heaps of parking
Love to shop here. Convenient location, tidy aisles & there's always something on special. My only issue is the flower shop inside the store, not the friendliest & helpful staff. If you are someone like me who is clueless on what kind of flowers to get for a certain occasion, don't expect for their staff here to help you out. I have experienced this twice now in this store. They just carry on with whatever they're doing and don't engage in a conversation.
Shop here regularly, wide variety of all the goods needed. Spacious, great displays. Fresh fruits and veges, good quality. Plenty of parking, lovely delicatessen.
I love it. Awesome supermarket. Great variety. Was only visiting Hamilton for a few days but so wish this was my local supermarket.
Excellent team very friendly! The store manager is very friendly to us. The store is usually clean and tidy and have not had any issues really with bad produce etc. Usually plenty of parking.
Great how there is a charger for electric vehicles. Need to get more organic stock on the shelves and I'll be happy

Best Gluten Free supermarket!! Service has declined in the last 6 months, I often have to repack groceries and always check prices charged. Unfortunately the produce section is abysmal and expensive, whether due to covid or bad management it's not a place to go for produce sadly. I only go here now because of their variety of allergy free foods, otherwise it's become sadly disappointing
There is a lot of parking space available. There is also a berth to charge your electric car. Along New World is the NZ post office, and some eateries. The New World has mostly whatever you need.
