I had a great experience the other day while doing my shop, I have never used the self service before and the lady working I think her name was Aimee was so helpful and very patient with me. What an asset she is to your team.
Was served at the checkout by this lady name Aimee, and I am DISGUSTED. She picked her nose whilst she was scanning my grocery’s, happy to say I will not be coming back here. Sort your staff out and teach them about hygiene
Regularly shop at this store due to convenience. Numerous times when checking the docket at home, we find one or two items that are on special are charged at the normal price. Add to that on two occasions we have found items that are passed their use by date.nDue to time and cost it is not worth going back to rectify . This probably happens regularly but most people do not check the dockets and are therefore unaware.
Great freshfood department, well stocked and very well presented. Lovley clean and tidy store with very friendly staff.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. Selection is wide and shop ambiance is lovely. Yeah, it's just another supermarket BUT these ppl make it great.
