Refused to serve me a coffee in my reusable cup, because I had been drinking from it! Ridiculous and rude, as I was told it's 'dirty' and 'unhygienic'. They do have sinks if they're that concerned.
Been to this joke of a supermarket a few times. I just cant get over the expensive prices, they charge. I feel they are holding the people of Rangiora at ransom, by being the most central supermarket in Rangiora.If you want to shop wisely go to Pak n Save
Brought two mangos for $11, both looked really good from the outside, went to cut them open and both were rotten. One was brown right threw it and the other had these white holes and brown streaks. What a waste of money, I was so looking forward to them : I get it's not really new worlds fault, but to have them priced so high just to throw them both out is so disappointing... wouldn't recommend buying mangos from there. I went back and they refunded me for them so bonus stars for that :
As a visitor to NZ I was offended that NW card holders get a discount not applied to me for shopping there. If fact I had to pay a premium for shopping there! Why? All I can say is bring on Aldi to New Zealand
Grey Short haired Grinch working behind lotto needs to go. Always so rude to deal with! Not a good look when she's the first person customers see entering the supermarket. Seems others think the same by similar reveiws left!
First time we had been there and I was really impressed at how big it was with a great variety of products and very helpful and friendly staff
