During my travels, I heard that New World is a grocery store known for its competitive prices, so I thought I’d just drop by to pick up a few things. Little did I expect to encounter the best shopping assistant in history. She would even come over and gently rub against your feet when you’re hesitating outside the store, wondering if you should wait until payday to buy your groceries.nnTen out of five, the Queenstown’s best grocery store.

Huge grocery store that sells anything you might need. Excellent staff as well! I would like to thank Peach deli dept and Anna cashier in particular for their outstanding service. There was also a young Kiwi gentleman who kindly assisted us in the wine section, but sadly I did not get his name. Thanks again team!
Terrible experience, product categories are messy, food mixed with chemical cleaning stuff. Let’s think, would my chips or biscuit taste as what they should be or they might smell and taste like Detto. very hard to find what I was after. Car park is messy, trolleys everywhere. You think there is parking space, actually there are a few hiding trolleys at the space, had to drive around to find an actual park.
Very big supermarket and I think this is a perfect place to buy souvenirs for tourists also. A ride from city centre to the supermarket also offers you a very beautiful view. There are other stores besides the supermarket such as pharmacy that offers a great deals for supplements.
