Lovely people working here. Everyone smiles and is friendly. Nice produce and great range. But man are New Worlds expensive in comparison to other supermarkets. Same stuff, but it easily costs $1 more on most items.
I lost my credit card and new world card today. Was not sure if it was in the supermarket so went home to check after leaving my details. They phoned within a very short space of time to say the cards had been found and were safe. I’m very thankful for the service provided by the staff.
20-12-22, visited the Prestons store, had my purchases, lost my New World points card, phoned and got a lovely lady who advised me that I could use the points by my phone number. Went into store made my purchase, the young man was very helpful, but had a small balance on my New World gift card to use also. There was an issue with the gift card, he called the supervisor and all was fixed, great credit to him visited around 11.20 am, he was tall, blonde hair and very polite, and did not strangle with the issue, got there in the end, the supervisor was very helpful and polite sorry did not get there names, but both a pleasure to deal with thank you
Great selection of products. Nice friendly staff. Deli and bakery displays are appealing too.
Shelves weren’t very well stocked but other than that they had a good range of stuff here especially international food
The most Amazing welcoming feeling from This New World they wur so nice to my daughter gave her stickers and stamps I was blown away, Denise on checkout was so nice. Honestly hands down the best. I have only shopped here once. Holly

Excellent produce section with a good range of very fresh fruit and veg. Overall the store is well stocked and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.
