The customer service is great. They did well during the pandemic.  The bakery section is so good! I enjoy their doughnuts and muffins.  Would not go in there with my oodie again unless I want to be followed by security

Expensive grocery but less crowded and place is nice and clean. Peaceful outside and no thugs roaming. The store is well lit up unlike the other grocery around the area.

Very expensive and staff not as good as other new world people quite unfriendly and surly only one helpful Staff member and he just gave directions to where the product might be other NW staff take you to the product. Very disappointed

Great little store that is always nice and tidy and most times have fully stocked shelves. I love the deli section with the wide variety of meats, salads, etc and the meat is definitely topnotch. I always get great service and it is always a pleasure shopping here.

Friendly service as always but not all products available

A good place that seems safer then Countdown to shop up the road, always a security guard on duty which is good. Staff are fast & friendly. Only thing is the variety, its a smaller supermarket, a good place to get your basic groceries.

I went here today to get a few things and I love the meat, fruit and vegetables at New World. The taste and standard on offer compared to any other food seller is excellent. The staff are always kind and helpful which makes it pleasant. Manurewa New World staff are rude and the last time I went the cashier didn't say one word. Pukekohe New World are especially nice. X

Very handy location. Will definitely come back for more groceries.

Great display units, great range of products across the store, good customer service

They could do more specials here i find manureea is the cheapest by far to shop..i also think papakura n.w should invest i  q wheel chair for the public to use some people have disabilities and are unable to walk in or even walk around the aisle? I am a mother that cant walk far so my kids have to do shopping in there most times?i have seen oldely struggling aswell..
