Disappointed with the service yesterday, did a large shop but checkout was bad. I am experiencing back pain and at 80 years of age I would like assistance with transferring bags to trolley. This did not happen and the male assistant started pushing the next customers items into mine. I rang for the store policy but they will talk to the owner and get back to me..probably when hell freezes over. New world palmerston north provides assistance., so I guess that's the place to go.
New World is the local supermarket in town. Its prices are higher than Pak N Save, but there are not many other options in the area. You can find almost everything here, including meat, fish, bread, milk, beer, and wine. Club Card members at New World can save more than non-members and sometimes receive special offers.
Has everything you need. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Small supermarket but had what I needed. Didn't have to wait long at checkout and very friendly staff.
Our local good selection. Great staff. Friendly atmosphere
