I love the shopping experience at New World Ngaruawahia. The staff are always sooo happy, and helpful. And that's the same for the online shopping pickup. Makes grocery shopping a pleasure
What I like about this particular New World is the very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy in their work and explain how to get good deals or discounts using the store card or if something similar is on sale at the time. I also like it how you can buy meat and vege in portion size.
Lovely supermarket, a little smaller than the city ones as expected. the staff are friendly and the prices are fair. some great specials every day.

Tidy, clean New Worlds store located in the heart of Ngaruawahia town. All items are easy to find, and the main focal point is the friendly customer service from the cashiers. They are very helpful and always takes serving their patrons a little further than other supermarkets i have attended.

Stopped going to this supermarket as almost every shop I was over charged. Complained and was told it would be addressed so started going again and it is STILL happening!! I have no desire to donate my money to a company that already makes so much profit at a time when costs are at an all time high! If I took things from the store it would be theft. Overcharging is no different, do better. I will NEVER shop here again. I wonder how much profit they make from overcharging? Definitely check your receipts!
New to the area, staff not very friendly.
