Today Dec 10 at around 6:45 pm ...The supervisor at the checkouts was so racist. She acted like she didn't heard what a black bearded guy was asking for. She is a kiwi women with no manners. Hey you this line is for you please cut your finger if the blood is blue you rest in peace.Please learn some manners and we all are same lady. I would get you to learn manners, how to treat people well and throw heaps 100$ bill on your face.

Such wonderful staff, I had looked for something, couldn't find it, the checkout supervisor noticed I looked frustrated and asked what I was looking for. I told her and said don't worry, I checked and it wasn't there, so she went and looked and managed to find it I must have had a man look lol!! Thank you so much. Wondeful customer service.

Not a bad little supermarket. Was hoping to get a rotisserie chicken, but couldn't find any. Apart from that, good selections

A smaller layout New World supermarket on way to Newlands. The fresh food and deli area are easy to use with a good selection of specialist goods. The staff are friendly very helpful especially at the tills

Excellent Service Have always enjoyed shopping at NW Newlands. We have always received great service by the staff, most recently by Prashila. She is always very polite and helpful and has a great smile. Keep up the great work.

Great local New World, great range of craft bear. Has a great product finder kiosk to help you find what you're after.

Good clean supermarket, a little more expensive than others. Friendly team to help out, but because its a smaller supermarket it doesn't carry some things i usually buy.

We came in to swap our sodastream gas bottle for another. Instead of giving us another sodastream bottle they gave us an "oh bubbles" bottle, which worked fine. However, when tried to swap it for another sodastream bottle elsewhere we have been unable too. So now we are stuck with a bottle which we cannot exchange.
