Lovely supermarket! I have ordered cakes with Alex from NW bakery on many occasions. They have been absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend to everyone. Alex is  very talented and she always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect cake to celebrate.

Management and staff are all great, always helpful and communicate well. Good parking and accessibility. Biggest let down are the other shoppers, bunch of snobs for the most part.

I don't often do this but because the customer service was so AMAZING, I feel compelled to share how awesome New World Mt Maunganui are.nnI am undergoing chemo so need to have my groceries delivered. The other day I ordered my groceries and chose the 2-4pm slot. They duly arrived on the dot of 2pm but 2 major items were missing, one of which was a bakery item that I knew were available from 2pm on. I suggested to the NW online that had they waited until 3 or 4pm, they could probably have fulfilled my order in full. Today, 2 days later, I received both the items at no charge and delivered to my door. THANK YOU.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Leila , and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I reached out, Leila was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing my needs with genuine care and efficiency. She definitely brought a grin to my face, you could say put a smile on my dial.

Neat supermarket, friendly, patient staff. I forgot the one thing I was there to get, I left what groceries I did have and went to get that evasive item. They never moved shopping and waited for my return. I thought that was cool
