They have changed their meat plastic wrapping from thick, durable, double wrap to single wrap, thinner than glad wrap crap. The meat packs have massive holes in them, while still on the shelves. By time you pick the pack up and get it to the counter, there is usually a hole in it, nevermind it being packed, taken home and put in the freezer. I try to remember to buy the snap lock bags to repack them in. I had run out, just pulled a packet of expensive steak out of the freezer and it is ripped right across the top. More meat ruined by freezer burn. First, you charge a bomb for meat, least you can do is package it with decent shrink wrap. Second, when your store is trying to save on plastic packaging, we shouldn't have to buy better plastic our selves to wrap it in, defeats the purpose of cutting out plastic. We will be heading back to the butchers as this has gotten beyond ridiculous and is costing extra unnecessary money. Yes, I emailed your store months ago about this, when you first changed it. No reply, no difference in packing.
Great supermarket with lots of vegan options, including vegan chocolates! The produce section was well stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. The bakery goods were marked and fresh. All the staff interactions were pleasant and the store was clean. The only recommendation I have is to continue stocking more and more plant-based options for the food revolution is shifting to healthier non-animal based products!
Quick and easy shop. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had issues at the checkout. The store itself has a wide variety of products and brands. I also love how much room are down each isle. Makes squeezing past people such a simpler task. There were quite a number of people there when I went in but the lines at the checkouts flowed quickly. You love to see it.
Great service. Fruit n veges better than cheaper places. But, you pay for it. Good wheelchair access too.
My favorite sayingvto staff today was my two exchange students i told them I have learnt to put my pj's pants on before I came out in morning everybody I've told got good laugh out of it
