The servers here are always friendly. Love having this place as a local. For a small supermarket they have really good selection
The staff here are respectful and helpful. The only thing disappointing about this supermarket is cleanliness Lack there of at the entryway. Hire more cleaning staff.
Whenever the store is busy, like anzac day, the checkouts are so full they customers wait in line halfway up the aisles makingnit impossible to get shopping, and to make it worse they get mad when you ask them to move so you can see whats behind them.nnYou need to have a staffmember check out in the aisle when its busy as i left and drove to pak n save because it was annoying
Love it nice and friendly at first but when owners changed the place went uumm well like their store the owners in Rotorua and personally ktown is 10 times better
Staff are brilliant great help looking for items clean friendly place
