I have started shopping here lately. Usually the checkout staff are friendly and smile when greeted. Well, today I struck a very lazy and rude operator who treated me and other customers like we were all a nuisance. Her attitude was abysmal. So IF I go back I will be avoiding her.
Love it nice and friendly at first but when owners changed the place went uumm well like their store the owners in Rotorua and personally ktown is 10 times better
Usually excellent friendly customer service. Except for one who is rude and lazy, will def be avoiding her check out from now on this is not the first time I’ve encountered her disgusting customer service
