Very friendly. Way better than that overseas owned shop, Countdown.
Asked to unzip my jacket because it was store policy.... seriously? How offensive! I get you need to police shop lifting but get more creative new world glenview. Also the selection is minute compared to countdown which is only a 5 min drive away.
Pretty good a couple of things I wanted were not on the shelves
If you want to buy Kumara, potatoes or onions don't go to supermarket first as they have them outside in foyer before you enter, I didn't even notice this and looked for ages until a staff member told me and of course I couldn't go out and buy so I went to my local countdown, bad positioning New World for customers that aren't local
