Veg section always interesting and look fresh. Deli is a wonder of delights. Aisles well sign posted and shelves usually well stocked if not a popular sales item. Wide aisles are a blessing. Nice to meander and take your time shopping which usually /inevitably causes budget overspending. Always clean. Friendliest staff and obliging when you have forgotten to get bread in your shop etc. Best grocery shopping. Customers and staff appear to be happy providing and receiving good service.
Great shop, but am begging them never ever stock The Sausage company saveloys again. They are disgusting. Full of fat and grizzle. Pot was floating in fat. Texture and taste worst ever. Hubby who loved saves spat it out. 6 saveloys in the bin!!
Great place to shop. They didn't have something I wanted but that's ok, it happens. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always a good shop here.
Still one of the better places to shop very clean with outstanding customer service. The highlight used to be a stop at the deli for a hot pack of chips and chicken but as of late, the chips and the fried chicken have been disappointing as they taste either dry or refried, never any thighs and the drumsticks are basically skin and bones.
Very good supermarket. I have noticed lower stocking & less lines. NB - you need GRAPESEED OIL!!
Very expensive for the exact same products sold at Countdown & PAK'nSAVE. Small aisles with too many displays on the floor, which makes getting around with a trolley frustrating otherwise fine.
Had my wedding the past weekend and had my flowers done by the amazing and hard working florist Maria at New World Hastings. When planning weddings, people often skip over supermarkets - but I will be recommending New World Hastings to everyone for all their floral needs! Thank you so much, they're absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Seems a bit better since they spaced things out & made more room. Although I do most of my shopping at Woolworths now, I still pop in occasionally.

18/4/24 As usual great service from everyone. The staff are happy and smiling which is great to see. 12/3/24 Good range of groceries and pleasant service. The staff are really helpful if you cannot find an item required. Lovely fresh produce and a good range of items. A great place to shop
