I visited today at there and was happy with service of boy named ILHAM who tried to find out the food product I needed. Before I visited for same product a week ago but another worker just said to me , sorry no stock. But I appreciate ILHAM who went to stock room and filled the products on shelves. Happy to visit there
Still the same old New world Papatoetoe, just much cleaner.. Just feel sorry for the mussels now that they're not in the far corner any more , not sure if they like the new spot ?????

They aren't big on conversations like the old new world... they can be really helpful if you ask... product prices have risen... it's supposed to be cheaper than the dairies but sometimes it isn't and this was before covid-19. It's been up and down since the pandemic arrived.
Since new store opened is now my local. Staff are friendly and helpful when need assistance and take responsibility for any issues which is refreshing. Produce is fresh . Salmon fillets, fresh fish and steak always a good selection. Ladies on service counter are awesome and have great attitudes.
