This supermarket was great. The shop assistant who served me was really helpful. When she knew that I was a traveler without the shop discount card, she tried to give me a discount when she could’ve just ignored.nI really really appreciate!
Great Supermarket absolutely.nnThe young girl at the self service Thursday night was so rude that I felt like it was such an inconvenience to ask for help.nnIf she doesn't like the job leave. Go home and have a early night. Or have a happy pill.nnAbsolute wet blanket.
Had wat I was looking for. Clean shop, good wide aisles, perhaps need better signage.
Locally owned, friendly & huge range.
Good range of products. Abysmal customer service. Never accomodating. Was in 5mins before 9 and the kid was bluntly rude about letting me in, and it wasn't even closing time. Rushing to get home I guess. I've been to so many New Worlds across the South Island and never had this experience. Maybe train the kids really young staff to atleast have a smile. Rest, Good range of products.
