This is my local supermarket but standards have slipped somewhat. I recently bought a spinach, pumpkin and feta quiche from the deli, checked the ingredients as I was serving it to vegetarian guests. What I dished up to my guests had no spinach, no pumpkin and no feta. What it did have was a s### load of ham.nI took it and packaging back. An apology was given and money refunded but the duty manager gave no impression that he gave 2 tosses
Was so disappointed as the toilet had no paper towels, no sanitation, and no handsoap. The staff did not care at all when I tried to let them know it wasn't a good experience at all
This supermarket was great. The shop assistant who served me was really helpful. When she knew that I was a traveler without the shop discount card, she tried to give me a discount when she could’ve just ignored.nI really really appreciate!
This seems to be the only store in Ashburton that has Germanic style dark bread in the international section which is healthier than „normal“ bread.
