We planned this visit with the grandchildren in mind but unfortunately they couldn't come so we went alone. Although a little dated our accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. These places are perfect for families with children as there are lots of on-site activities. New Plymouth is also a great destination as there is lots to do.
My family and I stayed here 3 times and we all enjoyed it, the pool is a good temp, friendly staff, so clean and everything is well priced for example the go karts and the spa, definitely coming back next time and recommend
Lovely , clean tidy. Great sites with tall hedges around to protect from wind and provide privacy. Facilities excellent. Lovely pool.
Staff wore not very helpful and quite rude. Asked if there tent size was big before booking and said we had a 3 room tent clearly there is no way you can fit a 3 room tent and your car in this spot.
just a place what we need for a big group - 8 bunker beds … comfy, clean toilets and near the city center. And family friendly!
Once again a very clean and tidy space. Hosts are soo patient. We got a small cabin this ti.e. Everything you need kitchenette, toilet,shower,TV, small table to work from.
Great place to stay, everything there from cabins to motel rooms, Great for large groups, back packers, these is a play area for the kids, field for other sports, swimming pool and a bbq area, or take a walk along the coast walk way to new Plymouth City centre.
Great amenities for kids. Good location. Studio unit old and very very compact, definitely not for long stay.
I highly reccomend this camp grounds. Every building is clean and tidy. Ablutions & kitchen close to powered site. Pool is warm and spacious soo clean. Young couple very welcoming.
I'm currently travelling through the country for work and stayed here last night. Got in just before 7pm which was lucky as reception closes at 7pm The room was comfy. Facilities are what you'd expect from a rec park. Plenty of people were enjoying them too. Look forward to coming back and staying as a tourist next time.
