Called in for dinner on Sunday. What a pleasant surprise. Thick juicy sirloin with delicious pepper sauce and great salad. My wife had the ribs and rated them 10. Plenty off them too and her slaw was great too. Definitely be back soon
Probably the best food in Stratford. The venue is very unsuspecting but the food is absolutely brilliant, something you’d expect from a top pub in Melbourne.nLove their chicken cranberry pizza, perfect flavours. The food is always top quality even when delivered and the service is excellent.
I had to bring my Can Am Spyder to Stratford, New Zealand to have a factory recall done. One of my mates came with me for the 5 hour ride to keep me company. We are in town for 3 days and as we both like to have a beer and a meal we checked it out. What a great establishment. Staff and locals are amazing and really friendly. If you are ever travelling to Stratford I would recommend that you stop and pay them a visit.
Absolutely amazing new spot in the Stratford area! I ordered the rib eye medium rare and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I also had the calamari as an entrée, and it was equally impressive. The standout for me was the exceptional service from the reception lady—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere is inviting, the food is top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won’t regret it!
Great food awesome value for the money very tasty menu is awesome haven't seen one like it in an old school pub for ages .no toilet or shower in rooms but just down the hall rooms cozy and clean . definitely will come back
