Went into New Balance Outlet store in Tawa today with my blind mother. Was served by Lucy who was so incredibly helpful, kind and patient. My mum was so grateful as Lucy's expertise and experience now means Mum has a pair of shoes she can now go walking comfortably for the first time in years. Thank you so much Lucy
Very poor service by Manager.Manager was rude, not a good listener. This use to be our favorite store. Will never visit again .
Based in Outlet City in Tawa, I go to this store once a year to get my cross-trainer shoes. I have a key ring with my customer details including past purchases, so I can hand this over and get the same shoes I had before, with no hassle. The staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to go, no fuss and they have what you need.
