Hi there,

I am Neville Redfern (a.k.a nevman) and am a Driving Instructor working in conjunction with the AA Driving School.

Driving a Suzuki Swift fitted with Dual Controls, I specialise teaching students how to operate a Manual car. In addition I'm is well able to instruct in your own car, be it Manual or Automatic.

Whether the brief is to teach a novice driver all the way through to Advanced Assessments and Revision Lessons, Updates to Road Rules and general Driving Advice, I am always prepared to help.

My background is varied. In my working life I have been involved with the hospitality industry, as a chef, and in Manufactory, as a cabinetmaker/ furniture-maker. I have been employed by others and have been self employed for long periods.
The projects I have been involved with have included custom furniture, boat building and a stint as chef on board the Spirit of New Zealand.

I have always enjoyed working with people of every age and from different background, particularly young people, and prides myself on being able to forge a rapport with anyone.

My personal motivation is to be able to provide others with the best example of my various talents, now as a Driving Instructor.
